SURGE STUDENT MINISTRY
Surge Student ministry exists to equip students with a deep love for Christ while empowering parents to form and influence the heart of their student. We accomplish this by teaching the gospel, providing outreach opportunities, pouring God’s truths into their lives through small groups and one-on-one mentoring situations and providing support and information to the parents. Through each opportunity provided, students should be challenged to examine their lives and compare them with God’s standards so they may be continually growing in their faith.
Sunday Morning Student Ministry:
We believe students should worship and serve with their families on Sunday mornings. Student are encouraged to be a part of the Sunday morning experience through volunteering in children’s ministry, first impressions, or worship.
Every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:30 PM at the church
This is our high-impact, high-energy youth service where students have a chance to grow, learn, and connect with Jesus right where they are. Each week students can come together and enjoy fellowship with other youth and young adults. A special worship service has been designed to address the needs and questions young people often face, while guiding them to strengthen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Students will connect with youth leaders through small groups and find they have a safe place to be themselves. In Surge, students connect and build trust with dedicated leaders while enjoying a variety of weekly topics designed to engage our youth and help further develop their love of Jesus.
First Sunday night of every month from 6:00-8:30
This is our community outreach event. It allows students to invite their non-church friends to a fun, low-key, Christian environment while learning the importance of knowing Jesus. Each month is based around a particular theme and includes social time, crazy games, high impact worship, and small group discussions. This is a great way to get know other youth and is a lot of fun.
SURGE THROUGH the Community:
These are our outreach activities that allow students to be “the hands and feet” within the community . Together, we have completed a variety of jobs from painting houses to gleaning for the homeless. We try and do at least one outreach event per quarter and welcome you to join us during our next event.

2017 Summer Surge: It’s TIME!
This year’s summer camp will be hosted at Camp Geneva in Fruitland, FL. The theme is “It’s Time!” As a whole, our society has allowed teenagers the excuse of their age for either avoiding to the things they should or excusing away the things they do. It’s Time to empower out students to make a difference in their lives as well as in their community. Summer Surge is designed to give your student the chance to have fun, to be adventurous and to hear God speak. You don’t want to miss this week!!!!
Mission Interact 10
Mission Interact is an incredible week of serving the local community while sharing the love of Christ. It is one week, over-night, mission-minded opportunity for any student in the 6th-12th grades to be a part of. This year is extra special as Mission Interact celebrates serving Christ and the local community for 10 years.
